Our in-home support is different from any “method” out there because it’s not one-size-fits-all! We use common sense combined with emotional and logistical support to provide the fastest and easiest sleep training possible. We are present with you from start to finish, even in the middle of the night when things feel hardest. Our 3-step process is unique and customizable to your needs.
1. Detailed Assessment of Your Needs
Our comprehensive intake questionnaire means that we learn all about your current routines and rituals before we come to your home, enabling us to dive right in and begin helping your family sleep better. Once we arrive for our stay with you, we will spend some time getting to know you and your baby, the layout and logistics of your home, and anything that might be holding you back from making this process 100% effective.
2. In-Home Sleep Support
You can expect us to stay in your home for 48-72 hours, depending on your needs and the package you choose. Taking into account your baby’s development, personality, and age, we will hone in on habits and needs during this time, focusing on what your baby needs to learn to sleep well. We will develop a customized action plan based on our observations and spend our time with you modifying and adjusting that plan to be exactly what you and your baby need. We will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that your baby is sleep trained and that you feel confident to continue the plan.
3. Ongoing Support
Once our intensive training is complete, we will continue to support you with one-on-one coaching calls and unlimited phone and email support for up to 4 weeks afterward. We know that it takes time to change routines and that life throws curveballs at us, and we want to ensure that you have the support you need through developmental leaps, teething, regressions, and anything else you may experience. Your baby will be sleep trained in 24 hours, but our promise is that we will set you up with support for a lifetime of great sleep!
